Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select merchandise from storage racks using picking lists and scanners.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials and apply shipping labels.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Update inventory systems in real-time to reflect stock movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
