Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Document inventory movements and report discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFP/CLP) with a valid license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Valid driver's license may be required for warehouse transport.
