The Role:

Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts and related equipment.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting stock counts and reconciling paperwork.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping quotas.
- Assist in the packaging and preparation of shipments for outbound delivery.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFOT) with a valid certification card.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) required.
- Ability to pass a background check and post-offer drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
