Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safety compliance and proper maintenance.
- Accurately receive and verify incoming inventory using RF scanners or manual counts.
- Organize stock and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding hazardous materials and heavy lifting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating a forklift (counterbalance preferred).
- Must possess a valid and current forklift operator certification/license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
