Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and stage inventory.
- Perform routine safety inspections on all material handling equipment.
- Stack and organize freight according to safety standards and warehouse layout.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL Class A/B is a plus).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long shifts.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Reliable transportation to the facility in Nashville, TN.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
