Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and trailers, ensuring accuracy and preventing damage to goods.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure they are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred, or willing to obtain).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and reading shipping labels.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C).
