Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Loading and unloading shipments from trucks and railcars with precision and speed.
- Conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Ensuring all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Moving pallets and materials to designated storage locations using proper lifting techniques.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed to maintain workflow.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFP) or valid forklift license is required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company protocols.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging inventory.
