Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Pallet Jack, etc.) to load and unload materials efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance and report any malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in the warehouse to optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipment and receipt of goods.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Must be present at time of interview).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory logging.
