Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and RF guns to process inventory efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity quotas.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to the Los Angeles job site.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
