Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and safety equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and stocking products efficiently.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A, B, or C Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
