Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Efficiently pick items from inventory shelves and pack them securely for shipment using handheld scanners and equipment.
- Quality Control: Verify order accuracy and ensure all products meet quality standards before packaging.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of picked items and assist with cycle counts as needed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders in a timely manner to meet daily shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning barcodes and verifying orders.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a full-time schedule, including weekends or overtime if necessary.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld scanning software quickly.
