Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory status in real-time.
- Verify product quantities and conditions before packaging to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (when certified), and conveyor belts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work varying shifts, including weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
