Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage or defects before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
- Process returns and exchanges according to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure personal and team safety.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred for regional roles).
