Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
