Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing inventory with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, stand-up forklifts, and Tumblers.
- Ensure all safety guidelines and operational procedures are followed at all times.
- Perform quality assurance checks on packages to prevent shipping errors.
- Collaborate with team leads and coworkers to meet daily performance targets.
- Keep workstations organized and clean to maintain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various temperatures and environments (e.g., refrigerated areas).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to scan bar codes.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
