Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain strict temperature logs within the refrigerated storage units.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and manage stock rotation (FIFO) to ensure product freshness.
- Safely load, unload, and organize pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or spoilage.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (32°F or lower) for extended periods.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long durations.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to the Corpus Christi facility.
