Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks efficiently to move materials within warehouse and storage areas
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Load/unload shipments accurately while maintaining inventory documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Assist in inventory audits and warehouse organization tasks
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
