Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with precision using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, conveyors)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict quality control and safety protocols
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided)
