Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, bagged, and staged for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) safely and according to protocol.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily quotas and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills for order labels and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
