Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damages before packaging.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
