Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage, defects, or quality assurance issues.
- Label packages correctly using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and product specifications.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
