Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and identify any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Label packages accurately and verify shipping information against purchase orders.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and according to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely outbound processing.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding inventory control and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or logistics is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
