Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Accurately retrieve merchandise using handheld scanners and RF equipment to fulfill customer orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Shipping Prep: Label packages correctly and prepare them for outbound shipping.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude.
