Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and logging data.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be dependable with a consistent work history.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read and understand pick tickets and follow simple instructions.
