Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before packing to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring proper inventory rotation.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding inventory discrepancies or urgent orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and move up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory counting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
