Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Verify product quantities, descriptions, and condition to ensure 100% order accuracy and quality control.
- Label packages accurately and seal them securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with all safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required) as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Perform inventory counts and stock adjustments as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all roles.
