Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select products from shelves and package them for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in inventory counts as directed by supervisors.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work a full-time schedule (flexibility for overtime is appreciated).
- Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to read a picking list are essential.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
