Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and order-picking systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and maintain inventory accuracy
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document and report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Availability for overtime shifts (evenings/weekends)
