Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently while adhering to strict safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for timely shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
