  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using RF scanners and handheld devices.
  • Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
  • Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (certification provided).
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
