Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
