Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Package and label items securely for shipment via FedEx, UPS, or LTL carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse facility.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a simple drug screen (background check waived for immediate start).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
