Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory system, ensuring accurate stock counts and labeling.
- Prepare packages for shipping by applying labels, strapping, and wrapping as necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace for all employees.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce processing time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or in logistics preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hiring).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
