Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of products.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate replenishment processes.
- Lead, train, mentor, and supervise a diverse team of warehouse staff and seasonal workers.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and loading activities to meet customer deadlines.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to maximize productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we offer paid training for candidates with strong work ethics.
- Ability to obtain a valid Forklift Certification within 30 days of employment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
