Responsibilities
- Manage efficient receiving, put-away, and order fulfillment operations
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Inspect and package goods for shipment with quality control standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and WMS system familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including occasional weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent
