Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse system.
- Packing & Shipping: Package goods securely for shipping and prepare outbound orders.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other heavy machinery within compliance regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Perform thorough checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and clutter-free at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Driving: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and time management.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
