Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship merchandise accurately using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to maintain inventory flow.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and KPIs.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification provided).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
