Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve shipping discrepancies and logistical issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
