Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to weight limits and proper lifting techniques.
- Assist in organizing stockroom aisles to maximize space and accessibility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
