As a Warehouse Loader, you play a crucial role in keeping our supply chain moving smoothly. We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload freight onto and off of trucks, ensuring the security of all merchandise.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move materials within the warehouse and staging areas.
- Inventory Verification: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading or invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor, adhering to OSHA safety protocols at all times.
- Stock Management: Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation, and tagging of new inventory as directed by management.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory verification; strong attention to detail.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
