Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery to customers.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and safety inspections on warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts or power industrial equipment (certification preferred, but training is available).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
