Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market disruption preparedness
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to align leadership on future vision and innovation priorities
- Author annual 'Future State' reports with predictive insights and strategic recommendations
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026+ market opportunities
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and market disruption patterns
- Certification in Futures Forecasting or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS, CFP)
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor communities
