- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and futurists
- Anticipate socioeconomic and technological disruptions through predictive modeling
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 100 companies and academic institutions
- Present frameworks to C-suite executives and government advisory boards
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for emerging technology adoption
- Oversee $50M+ R&D budget allocation for future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
