Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring future tech adoption success
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry innovators
- Ensure ethical and sustainable implementation of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-tech roles
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech into business value
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends
