- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and investors
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
