Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align C-suite on emerging tech priorities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior futurists through our Tech Vanguard program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives to enterprise level
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in Web3 protocols and decentralized governance models
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFIA or equivalent)
- Experience with regulatory compliance in 3+ jurisdictions
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech transitions
