Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for emerging markets
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to align on future vision
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on next-generation industry transformations
- Oversee cross-functional project teams executing innovation pilots and MVP launches
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and environmental megatrends impacting business strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and large-scale forums
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
