Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Establish industry-shaping partnerships with academic institutions and global research consortia
- Design ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies including AGI and synthetic biology
- Produce actionable trend reports identifying trillion-dollar market opportunities by 2026
- Champion human-centric innovation through design thinking workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee prototyping of exponential technologies in our advanced R&D laboratories
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- Minimum 7 years experience in innovation strategy at Fortune 500 or venture-backed scale-ups
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in exponential technology convergence (AI, biotech, energy, materials science)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation or futurism journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Track record of securing $10M+ in R&D funding for breakthrough initiatives
