Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping future market disruptions and opportunities
- Produce horizon-scanning reports for C-suite stakeholders with actionable strategic recommendations
- Design and manage innovation pipelines aligned with UN SDGs and ESG imperatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future scenarios to global boards and investors driving $500M+ investment decisions
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Strategic Innovation (required)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale organizations
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier business media
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology foresight frameworks
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial IP and patents
- Fluency in at least two major languages beyond English
- Deep understanding of emerging tech regulatory landscapes across 15+ countries
