Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions targeting 2026 market needs
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario models for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into roadmaps
- Design and facilitate horizon-scanning workshops with global stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals impacting future business landscapes
- Mentor innovation teams on futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for C-suite audiences
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation initiatives in tech-driven environments
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar) a plus
