Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with proven 5+ year trend forecasting success
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Experience scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi method, causal layered analysis
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
